About the Legal Elite Selection Process
According to Greenville Business Magazine, Legal Elite is a peer-driven recognition program that gives attorneys across South Carolina the opportunity to recognize colleagues they believe represent the highest standards of the legal profession.
The selection process is based exclusively on peer voting. Attorneys may nominate colleagues within their own firm, provided they submit an equal number of nominations for attorneys outside their firm. Self-nominations are not permitted, and placement on the Legal Elite list cannot be purchased.
Attorneys who receive the highest number of peer votes in their respective practice areas within each region are recognized as Top Vote Recipients.
