David has over 18 years of litigation experience, and handles both personal injury and workers compensation cases. He has been selected as a 2013 Super Lawyers Rising Star, and in 2022 was voted one of the “Legal Elite” by his peers in workers compensation. He has previously served in the House of Delegates, and on the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Advisory committees.
Genevieve has experience in texting and driving cases, automobile negligence, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, dog-bites, products liability, and premises liability. Genevieve joined the Clardy Law Firm team in April of 2014.
Timothy A. Nowacki focuses his practice on helping people who have been catastrophically injured, and the families of individuals who have lost their lives. He has more than a decade of experience litigating commercial motor vehicle collisions, auto collisions, defective products, and premises liability cases.
Andrew handles cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. He also handles cases against various police and law enforcement agencies for excessive use of force, unlawful arrest or entry, and other constitutional violations.
Brad served as a judicial law clerk for former Circuit Court Judge James E. Brogdon, Jr. He has over 18 years of litigation experience primarily representing employers and insurance companies defending a wide array of workers’ compensation claims. In 2021, Brad decided to join The Clardy Law Firm where he now represents the hardworking men and women of upstate South Carolina.
Dana began practicing law in South Carolina at a personal injury firm where she first met and worked with Allen Clardy. She then moved on to practice in the areas of foreclosures and collections, bankruptcy, and probate litigation and ran her own firm for several years. Dana returned to personal injury law and working with Allen Clardy when she joined the Clardy Law Firm in 2022.
Prior to joining The Clardy Law Firm in 2024, Cleburne worked in the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where he served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Pickens Office for three years. During his tenure, he managed a General Sessions caseload that included prosecuting cases ranging from violent crimes to misdemeanors. He has first-chair General Sessions Circuit Court trial experience and has tried multiple jury trials to verdict in both General Sessions and Magistrate Court.
Prior to joining The Clardy Law Firm in 2024, Bonner was a law clerk for the Honorable Steven H. DeBerry of the 12th Circuit in Florence. During his time as a law clerk, he sat closely by Judge DeBerry during many trials. Judge DeBerry instilled immense legal knowledge onto Bonner with his greatest lesson being “the devil is in the details.”
Ashleigh is a Certified Paralegal through NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants). In fact, she’s among the first 24 paralegals to be recognized as a South Carolina Certified Paralegal, showcasing her dedication and knowledge in the field. Ashleigh remains committed to her paralegal profession and has served on the executive board of the SC Upstate Paralegal Association for 4 terms. Ashleigh has been working for Allen Clardy since she graduated from Wren High School in 2004 and she proudly graduated with a paralegal degree from Greenville Technical College in 2007. She has been an invaluable member of The Clardy Law Firm team since its inception in 2010. Ashleigh assists with handling cases involving automobile wrecks, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and complex personal injury litigation. Ashleigh enjoys helping clients navigate their injury claim while providing a sense of support and comfort while they recover from their injuries.
Sharon is a native of Upstate South Carolina. She has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She joined The Clardy Law Firm in January 2016. Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.
Morgan is a native of Mauldin, SC. She is a graduate of Mauldin High School (2014) and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lander University (2018). After college, she received her Paralegal Certification through the University of Georgia’s Continuing Education program. Morgan has been with the firm since 2019, and has enjoyed growing and learning all things personal injury and worker’s compensation! Growing up she has always dreamed of working in the legal field. Morgan and her husband, Justin, reside in Williamston, SC! In her free time Morgan likes to spend time with her family & friends, travel, and loves diving into a good book!
Cammy is native to Greenville and has lived here most of her life with a few years spent in Virginia and then New York City. Cammy is married and together with her husband, they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. On the weekends, they raise cattle in beautiful upstate SC. She joins the Clardy Law Firm with more than 20 years legal experience. With a BA in Fine Arts from the University of South Carolina, it is the call to serve others that attracted her to the law and makes helping people navigate their workers’ compensations claims a perfect fit!
Tracie has been a dedicated advocate for injured clients for over 20 years, including 15 years as a Social Security Disability paralegal. She graduated with honors from Greenville Technical College in 2021, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. Tracie has been married to her husband, Sam, for more than 30 years and is the proud mother of adult twin daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching true crime shows, and visiting Charleston, where she especially loves exploring the city and taking historical and haunted tours.
Viv was born in Miami, Florida and graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a B.S. in Health Education. She has over 30 years of working in the legal field which includes several law firms, the State of Florida Clerk’s Office, State of Florida Judiciary, Charlotte Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office and now has joined The Clardy Law Firm as of June 1, 2022. She is married, has two children and two precious granddaughters. In her spare time, she likes to spend time outdoors getting to know the Greenville area better. Loves the beach, the mountains and just spending time with her family and dog, Jett!
Mackenzie is a proud Upstate native, born and raised in Liberty, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Liberty High School and Anderson University. Since joining our team in 2018, Mackenzie has developed a strong passion for the legal field and is dedicated to continued professional and personal growth. Mackenzie married her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking to waterfalls, weightlifting, and watching football.
Dayana is a versatile professional with a passion for service and a diverse background. In April 2021, she achieved her Core Certification Healthcare Interpretation (CCHI) Certificate, marking a significant milestone in her career. She is currently pursuing an Associate in Human Services. Dayana’s career path has been dynamic, starting as a medical interpreter in 2020 before transitioning toward a legal focus. Prior to joining The Clardy Law Firm, she held a supervisory role overseeing clerical staff at an allergy center and worked as an Analytic Linguist for the Department of Justice. Dayana’s multicultural upbringing, with both parents hailing from Costa Rica, has instilled in her a profound fluency in Spanish. She cherishes her family ties, being the second oldest among three siblings, and finds solace and joy in activities like hiking, working out, and spending time outdoors with her American Staffordshire mix. Dayana’s vibrant spirit comes alive on the dance floor, reflecting her love for music and socializing. Sally Meno, a dedicated Workers Compensation case manager at The Clardy Law Firm, has deep roots in the Upstate of South Carolina and has called Greenville home since her middle school years. Her journey into the legal field began when she discovered her passion for the law and decided to pursue a career as a paralegal. Sally is a proud graduate of Greenville Technical College, where she earned her degree in Paralegal Studies. Before joining The Clardy Law Firm, Sally gained valuable experience handling personal injury cases and criminal defense cases. These roles shaped her empathetic approach and strong commitment to understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Outside of work, Sally expresses her creativity through hobbies like thrifting, sewing, fashion, and various arts and crafts. She also has a love for music and collects vinyl records. Crystal Santamaria is a dedicated and compassionate bilingual (Spanish-speaking) litigation paralegal with over ten years of experience. As a mother, Crystal’s strong family values shape how she serves her clients—approaching each case with empathy, care, and the same attention she would give her own family. Originally from Miami, Florida, she relocated to Upstate South Carolina in 2019. Paige was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and briefly lived in Upstate New York, but has spent a majority of her life living in Greenville, SC. She graduated in 2019 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and an Associate’s Degree in Public Arts & Services from Greenville Technical College. Paige discovered her passion for assisting injured clients while working as a Social Security Disability paralegal. She is dedicated to being present for her clients and providing them with guidance and reassurance. Outside of work, Paige can almost assuredly be found playing Fortnite with her friends, husband and twin sister; attending concerts; or cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks at Williams-Brice Stadium. Paige has recently been accepted into The University of South Carolina Palmetto College and will be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a focus in Social Work and Cultural Studies.

Outside the office, Savannah is a proud mom to her five-year-old daughter. Tiffany Allan
Legal Assistant
Tiffany was born in Charleston and raised in Summerville, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Summerville High School (Go Greenwave!) and Trident Technical College. In 2002 she began her work in the legal field as an Administrative Assistant working on domestic files at a law firm in Summerville. After moving to the Upstate in 2008, Tiffany worked for Criminal Defense attorneys as an Administrative Assistant until she took over as Office Manager and Legal Assistant for one of the attorneys. She joined The Clardy Law Firm in August 2016 and now has over 23 years of experience working in the legal field and customer service. Tiffany lives in Greer, SC with her fiancé David and they each have a son. She loves being a mom to her teenage son Peyton, who is the absolute joy of her life. Tiffany loves to watch him play sports and document it all through pictures and videos. In addition, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends; fishing; watching baseball, golf, and football; and following local college sports, mostly the Clemson Tigers!
Jasmine was born and raised in Fountain Inn, SC and she will always call the Upstate her home. She graduated from Woodmont High School in the Spring of 2021. The Clardy Law Firm welcomed her in the Fall of 2023 and she looks forward to growing with the firm. Jasmine is the oldest of five girls and loves her family dearly. Jasmine is an avid outdoorswoman and spends most of her free time hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her church.
Mary Kate was born and raised in Augusta, GA. For the past 10 years, Mary Kate has claimed Greenville, SC as her home. She graduated from The University of Mississippi in August of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing and Communications and a minor in Business. Mary Kate has been a valued member of The Clardy Law Firm since 2024, supporting our team in several important roles, from Legal Assistant to Client Experience Coordinator, and bringing dedication and positivity to each position she serves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling to new cities, and walking around Downtown Greenville.
Brad Colson is the investigator for The Clardy Law Firm. He has been working on insurance claims for over 24 years with Allstate, and Infinity & State Auto. Brad and his wife have 2 children. Brad is a graduate of Mauldin High School and also a graduate of University of South Carolina at Spartanburg. His hobbies include kayaking, fishing, and golf.
Jeff is an investigator at the Clardy Law Firm. He started with the Clardy Law Firm in May of 2016, but has been in the personal injury business for over 8 years. Jeff is originally from Illinois, but has been in the Greenville area since the late 1980’s. Jeff and his wife now reside in Taylors, SC with their 2 children. Jeff greatly enjoys meeting with new clients and strives to answer any questions and make them comfortable. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and playing the guitar.
Patrick Daniels brings his extensive experience and dedication to The Clardy Law Firm as an investigator. With over 25 years in the insurance and personal injury field, Patrick’s reputation is built on his unwavering commitment to prompt, accurate, and friendly service. A Greenville native, Patrick now resides in the Piedmont/Powdersville area with his wife, Ruby. He is a proud father of four (two daughters and two sons) and has five beloved grandchildren. Patrick’s interests extend beyond his professional life. He finds joy in stargazing with his telescope and capturing stunning celestial photos. He also enjoys beach outings, swimming, and the thrill of whitewater rafting with friends. In his free time, he cultivates a garden, growing tomatoes and cucumbers, while also attracting and caring for local wildlife.
Makailey was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida and moved to Greenville in the fall of 2020. Prior to moving to South Carolina, Makailey worked within the court system in the Juvenile Delinquency Division. Makailey joined The Clardy Law Firm in October 2020 and works as our Accounting Coordinator, overseeing the daily client-related accounting operations at the firm. An important part of Makailey’s job takes place at the end of a client’s case when Makailey works with health insurance companies and medical providers, seeking reductions of liens on settlement proceeds and the balances of medical bills owed by a client. She is very passionate about always going the extra mile to help our clients maximize the compensation they receive for their personal injury claims. In her free time, Makailey enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, exploring the SC area food scene, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
Rona Jacks is proud to call the Upstate home — born and raised right here in the area, she truly believes there’s no place like it. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Rona brings a deep understanding of financial processes and detail-oriented support to her role as a legal accounting assistant at The Clardy Law Firm. Rona holds a degree in accounting and is excited to expand her knowledge into the legal side of the field. Rona has been married to her husband, Shane, for 30 wonderful years. Together, they’ve raised two children and share their home with two beloved fur babies. Wade is a Greenville, SC native who proudly graduated from Carolina High School. He then attended Furman University, graduating in 2022 with a BA in Communications Studies. While at Furman, he played on the Rugby Team and interned with the Athletics Department. Wade has always been career-oriented, participating in programs such as Pathways Advising Program and Bridges to a Brighter Future. He joined The Clardy Law Firm in 2024 and is excited to use his communications skill set as an Intake Agent for the firm. When he’s not immersed in his professional endeavors, Wade finds solace in traveling, attending live shows, and fostering new connections.
