Volori’s Experience With The Clardy Law Firm

I had a car accident in 2006. The first time I thought about it I said no I don’t need lawyer I’m going to take care of it myself after talking with the other insurance company they gave me a hard time. They weren’t cooperating. Probably a week to 10 days and after that frustration I knew I needed someone else to fight for me and represent me because of how I was feeling. If I had felt better I probably would have had the challenge to fight myself, but actually at that point I didn’t have the strength or the energy because of my injuries. Someone suggested “why don’t you get an attorney?” and therefore I decided to use Allen Clardy to represent me.
Actually when I called this office, I believe they came to my home, it’s been a while, they came to my home and they told me how everything works, which I was very comfortable with that. It did allow me to have the flexibility I needed to go to therapy, to go to the doctor and also still stay committed to my job
When people have car accident I don’t think they realize the importance of having to focus on getting well and if you also have to also stress and fight an insurance company just to get your bills paid, just simple things, if that stress is taken off of you and you have another insurance company fighting for you it’ll help your recovery come along much faster

After they came to my house I think I felt a little betteedlys sur and then I actually came into his office. And I will tell you the professionalism was excellent. Because I like professionalism. The professionalism was there and also the caring part. He sat down with husband and I and explained the process, how things were going to go through. It wouldn’t be a quick fix, it may be a long process, it may be a short process, however the goal was to get you well.

With the profession I’m in I come into contact with a lot of clients. I usually sit in front of 18-20 clients a week. So a lot of times I think dress dictates how you’re going to behave and what you’re going to expect from someone, so your dress attire really speaks for itself. He dresses the part, he walks the part, he talks the part and he delivers the part in my opinion.
Behind The Bow Tie
Not everyone can wear a bow tie and get away with it like that. And the shoes that match it, really. My daughter said “Allen in that bow tie is so cute” but I think it’s him, it’s his personality and usually when you have a business or an entity or whatever you’re doing in the workforce or professional field you want your dress, your attire, and your persona and your stamina to represent what you do or how you work, and that’s exactly what Allen does. I have probably recommended 20 people or more and Allen always says to me “Volori you’re so good to us.” And I say “you know why I do it? Because I know you’ll take care of them. I know I can recommend someone to you and you will take care of them.” I don’t have to worry about them calling me saying they didn’t do this they didn’t do that. That’s like if someone recommends me I am going to take care of them.
Well people don’t like to be sold as far as “Use my law firm.” People like to be serviced. Everyone likes to be serviced. It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in. So if you come out and you have the attitude of “I’m going to service you,” you’ll get all the business there is to have.
