Allen Clardy - Personal Injury Lawyer

Allen Clardy is an upstate native and has 17 years experience practicing law with an emphasis on personal injury law. He lives in Greenville with his wife and their three children. Allen was recently selected to be included in the American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Lawyers in South Carolina and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum. Allen is an avid sportsman and also coaches his son’s soccer team. Allen deals exclusively with personal injury cases.


David Hartman - Personal Injury & Workers Compensation Lawyer

David Hartman grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but now lives in Greenville with his wife and sons. David and his family are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenville. He has eight years of litigation experience and was previously a prosecutor in Pickens County. David also has prior experience representing insurance companies, which gives him a better understanding of the process, now that he fights those same companies for his clients. David is also a passionate fan of the Washington Redskins. David represents clients with personal injuries and workers compensation claims. David is a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Ethics Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee. He is also on the board at the Upstate Mediation Center and is a member of the S.C. Bar House of Delegates.



Genevieve Mendes Weaver - Personal Injury Lawyer

Genevieve is originally from Florence, South Carolina. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clemson University’s Calhoun Honors College and Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law. At the University of Miami, Genevieve participated in the school’s Litigation Skills Program where she was awarded two of the highest honors: The Thomas Ewald Memorial “Top Litigator” Award and The John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship Award. Genevieve began practicing in Miami, Florida at a personal injury firm which focused on catastrophic plaintiffs’ injuries and wrongful death cases. She has experience in texting and driving cases, automobile negligence, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability. Genevieve joined the Clardy Law Firm team in April of 2014.
Genevieve lives in Greenville with her husband, Zach, and their daughter, Madeline. In her spare time, Genevieve enjoys singing with the Westminster Presbyterian Church’s Chancel Choir, painting, and rooting for the Clemson Tigers & Miami Heat!

Tilda Burgess

Tilda started her legal career over 20 years ago as a paralegal for former Congressman and Solicitor James R. Mann. She later worked for one of the oldest firms in Greenville: Love, Thornton, Arnold, & Thomason. In October of 2012 she joined the Clardy Firm as a Litigation Paralegal. Tilda is a resident of Greer and married to Craig Burgess. She has a son Cory Burgess who is currently serving with the 10th Mountain Division located on Fort Drum, NY in the Infantry. Tilda is an avid runner and enjoys running for various charities, she completed her first half marathon in 2011. Tilda’s favorite charity is the Greer Police Department’s Cops for Tots program, which provides gifts for the needy children of the Greer community for Christmas; Tilda has worked with this charity since 2005. Tilda is a tireless worker for her community, her church, and her charities.

Gaye Vaughn

Gaye is a Legal Assistant at the Clardy Law Firm and has been with Allen Clardy for eight years. Gaye has lived in Greenville SC until her 6th grade year, when they moved to Powdersville. She attended Wren High School, and graduated in 1978. She is the youngest of 7 children, and has a twin. Gaye is happily married to Keith Vaughn and they now reside in Travelers Rest SC with 2 of their 4 children. Brad is 31 married to Mary Catherine, they have 1 child Waylon who is 2 years, and lives in Macon GA. Kim is 27, married to Kevin Satterfield. They are expecting their first child in late April, and they live in Enoree SC. Michael is 20, graduated from Blue Ridge High School, went to Columbia College, and has decided to take some time off and transfer to USC Upstate; Ryan who is 18 also graduated from Blue Ridge High School, is starting Greenville Tech. They have 4 dogs, and 4 cats. She enjoys reading, and spending time with her family in her spare time.


Ashleigh Gentry

Ashleigh is a Certified Paralegal through NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants). She graduated from Greenville Tech in 2007 with a Paralegal degree. She has been working for Allen Clardy since she graduated from Wren High School in 2004. She handles the Workers’ Compensation, auto accidents and Personal Injury litigation cases for The Clardy Law Firm. Ashleigh is married to Tim Gentry and has a son named Gavin. Ashleigh enjoys going to Clemson football games and spending time with her family. She is also an aunt of triplet boys, Kendall, Cole and Sky.



Brad Colson

Brad Colson is the investigator for The Clardy Law Firm. He has been working on insurance claims for over 24 years with Allstate, and Infinity & State Auto. He is married To Mercedes Colson and they have two children together; Keifer and Emily. Brad is a graduate of Mauldin High School and also a graduate of University of South Carolina at Spartanburg. His hobbies include kayaking, fishing, and golf.


Jimi Bullard

Jimi has over 30 years of legal experience and is a Legal Assistant/Bookkeeper with the Firm. Since 1993 she has been a member of the Legal Staff Professionals of Greenville Association, serving in various positions. Jimi and her husband Bob have two children and six “wonderful” grandchildren. She enjoys reading, staying in touch with family and friends in and out of the Greenville area, and keeping active in church, community, and professional activities.

Dee Dee Callison

Dee Dee has worked as a legal assistant for over 25 years in the Greenville, South Carolina area and just recently joined the Clardy Law Firm in April 2014. She is currently serving as the President-Elect of the Legal Staff Professional of Greenville, a local chapter of NALS, the National Association for Legal Professionals. She is the proud grandmother of Jacob and Mallory who live in Ohio with their mom and dad, Dee Dee’s son, Rob and his wife, Kate. Dee Dee also has a daughter, Christi, who lives in Asheville with her husband, Travis, and Dee Dee’s two grand dogs, Sam and Ruby. She is a member of Taylors First Baptist Church where she teaches the Faith Sunday School Class.
